This hotel manager holds firm against a Karen trying to con her way into a free room.

After claiming that she booked her room for an extra night, the clerk repeatedly asks this Karen for a confirmation number or other proof. Unable to provide the number, the Karen turns to manipulation tactics like the con woman she is. Eventually devolving into contradicting rants about her phone, it becomes clear that Karen messed with the wrong hotel staffer. It is beyond commendable that the manager keeps her cool throughout the entire incident, and it would have been all too easy to stoop to Karen's level.
